- **Standard Delivery:** 2-5 working days. Items will be shipped within 3 working days.
**Europe Delivery:**
- **Cost:** £10
- **Delivery Time:** 5-7 working days.
- **Note:** Deliveries outside the EU may incur local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
**Bespoke Custom Orders:**
- **Delivery Time:** Shipped within 21-28 days worldwide.
**Rest of World Delivery:**
- **Rates:** Available upon request via email.
- **Delivery Time:** Items shipped within 3 working days.
- **Note:** Deliveries outside the EU may incur local taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
**Returns:**
- **Returns Accepted:** For refunds or exchanges.
- **Process:** Contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order for a returns form and reference number.
- **Return Period:** Please return items within 14 days.
- **Shipping Costs:** Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- **Faulty/Damaged Items:** We will reimburse return shipping costs. Please use registered delivery or a courier with proof of postage and insurance.
- **Condition for Returns:** Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and free from signs of wear, for hygiene reasons.
